We recently retained Hendon & Sugrue to help us find a minority candidate with property management and community relations expertise. Admittedly this was a very tight specification and I was concerned about any firm?s ability to find someone with all of the criteria we were looking for including being a high potential candidate for fast track career development.

Hendon & Sugrue did a thorough needs assessment with me and the hiring manager to detail the specifications, they set up a process to review candidate?s credentials with the hiring manager and within three weeks had three candidates that clearly met our specifications.
