We have since established practices to ensure that we present a diverse pool of candidates that reflects our clients' needs. These practices are an integral part of any search we conduct.

Our diversity efforts involve the routine maintenance of an active database of minority and female professionals, sourced through extensive networks in specific business groups, trade and professional organizations. Our Partners and Principles participate in such organizations as the National Black MBA Association, the Society of Hispanic MBA's, The Womens Foodservice Forum and the Atlanta Womens Foundation. Our involvement with these organizations orient us to the current issues facing these executives as well as provide for a regular update of talent for our database.
