Jill Habluetzel Hendon is a founder and now consultant to Hendon & Sugrue, and brings sixteen years of strategic staffing experience to the firm. Jill worked as a Senior Consultant for Korn/Ferry International, the world?s largest executive search firm. Before that, Jill worked as a Global Staffing Consultant for The Coca-Cola Company where she managed staffing and talent acquisition for the company?s technical, marketing, finance, legal, and human resources functions. Jill also served in a number of executive-level roles for Talent Tree Personnel Services and TRC Staffing Services where she was the Director for the company?s eastern division operations (encompassing 44 branch offices). Jill has a BS degree from Kansas State University and she attended the University of Texas where she pursued her MBA.

Patrick H. Sugrue is the Managing Partner and owner of Hendon & Sugrue and brings twenty years of sales, marketing and general management experience to the firm. He was a branding consultant and ultimately the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Services at AHL Services, an $850MM NASDAQ traded company. He spent twelve years at The Coca-Cola Company in senior sales, marketing and general management positions with primary customer management responsibility for Wal-Mart, General Mills Restaurants, Circle K and Sonic as Group Director of National Accounts. He started his career at the E&J Gallo Winery and progressed to Area Marketing Manager. Pat has an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, an MBA from Emory University?s Goizueta School of Business. He is a member of the faculty at theTerry College of Business at The University of Georgia and is the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for SHRM Atlanta.

Debbe Gregory-Sugrue is a Director and owner of Hendon & Sugrue and brings twenty years of legal and financial services expertise to the company. Debbe has an undergraduate degree from the Honors College at Western Michigan University and a JD degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.

Pam Tippett is a Recruiter with Hendon & Sugrue and comes from Warren Consulting Partners, an Atlanta based executive retained search firm where she was a Project Manager, Business Development Officer and Client Relationship Manager for a Warren Consulting subsidiary NexTalent/HR. Prior to her search work, Pam worked for Sun Trust Bank, Legacy Securities and Payroll 1. Pam holds a a BA in Finance and Accounting from Western Carolina University.

Mary Jo Miller is a candidate development specialist with Hendon & Sugrue. Prior to her search work, Mary Jo worked for Johnson & Johnson in Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Detroit in their personal care division. Mary Jo holds a BA from Marshall University.

Mark Anderson has over ten years of consultative and corporate business experience in career planning, training, recruitment, and human resources. He has managed national staffing projects for Fortune 500 companies, as well as small to medium sized organizations. In addition, Mark has consulted numerous individuals one-on-one in the areas of employment search and career management. As Assistant Vice President of Jacobson Associates, one of the largest recruitment and human resource consultants in the country, Mark managed employment consulting projects throughout the U.S. He was responsible for the establishment of a national recruitment division, as well as three regional divisions. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor?s degree in Education from the University of Rhode Island.
